Test Description

This test measures the candidate's knowledge of using MDM solutions to monitor, manage, and secure all mobile devices; deploying applications, policies, and configurations; managing device inventory; and troubleshooting and providing technical support.

  • General IT Infrastructure: Covers knowledge of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networking.

  • Data Checking: Covers knowledge of data management and data checking techniques.

Position

This test can be used to measure the performance potential of candidates for the following position: Mobile Systems Administrator.
