I.T. Systems Support Analyst

Test Description

This test measures the candidate’s ability to assist end-users by asking pertinent questions, and identifying and resolving technical problems. The test covers several subject areas:

Basic Computer Knowledge

Questions related to computer hardware, software, and basic troubleshooting techniques.

Windows 10 Concepts

Questions related to the Windows 10 operating system, including installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.

Hardware

Questions related to computer hardware, including components, peripherals, and troubleshooting.

System Administration Skills

Questions related to system administration, including network configuration, security, and troubleshooting.

It can be used to evaluate the performance potential of candidates for the following positions: IT Support, System Support Analyst, Desktop Support Specialist, Network Engineer, and Technical Support.
